Abstract: Bismuth Telluride (Bi2Te3) is known for its unique properties for various range of several device applications.Bismuth Telluride is recognized as the best thermoelectric module and materials with potential for a wide range of applications, such as refrigeration, gas sensors, and power generators . It has a narrow band gap of 0.15 eV semiconductor and it exhibits asolid rhombohedral crystal structure. Today, the thermoelectric semiconductor material is basically used as coolants and it is an alloy of Bismuth Telluride (Bi2Te3), Thermoelectric materials are generally fabricated by either pressed powder metallurgy or directional crystallization from the melt material. Besides Bismuth Telluride (Bi2Te3),), there are some other thermoelectric materials including Silicon Germanium (SiGe),Lead Telluride (PbTe), and Bismuth-Antimony (Bi-Sb) alloys whichcan be applied inspecific conditions .
